Public Outcry in Rahmat Nagar – Citizens Submit Memorandum to Commissioner, Demand Immediate Action Nanded, 5 August: Amid worsening civic conditions in the Deglur Naka and Rahmat Nagar area, including increasing filth, deteriorating roads, clogged drains, and failed drainage systems, the Movement for Peace and Justice (MPJ) – Rahmat Nagar Unit submitted a written memorandum to the Nanded Municipal Commissioner today, demanding urgent action. On behalf of the residents, the memorandum highlighted the grave issues of widespread unhygienic conditions, piles of garbage, extremely damaged roads, and blocked drains. These conditions have made daily life miserable for residents, with the confirmation of dengue cases creating an atmosphere of fear in the locality.
